Policies & Returns


  • If for any reason your products proves to be faulty or defective, please contact us via email in the first instance and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase un-used in original packaging and unopened. Returned items are the sole responsibility of the buyer, including return postage & packaging costs.
  • If an item has a manufacturers guarantee and the item is faulty or defective, this must be returned to the manufacturers in the first instance.
  • We have records of all items dispatched if you require proof.


In the unlikely event that you receive your fish D.O.A (Dead On Arrival) contact us via email or phone within one hour of receiving your fish, this needs to be supported by a photo of the dead fish as received in unopened bags emailed to our address below, in some cases we request that the fish be returned to us, you will then receive a refund for the dead fish only we do not refund delivery costs we do not send replacements.
