Corydoras arcuatus originates from the upper Amazon River basin in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Like other members of the Cory family, the Skunk Cory is an armored catfish. That means that instead of scales they possess overlapping bony plates, as well as sharp spines on their fins.

Ideal water parameters, pH 6.0 to 8.0, temperature 72-78f

Feeding, Cory are omnivores and will eat a variety of foods. Feed a varied diet of frozen, freeze dried and pellet foods.
